Leadership
A Fundamental Foundation pillar is leadership. Our program will be lead by the example set forth by our staff, by our work ethic, paying attention to detail both on and off the ice. Leadership will be a complete effort from the bottom to the top. The ownership of our program will be felt, earned, kept and invested in by every member of our program and will make a FAMILY that is bonded in every aspect.

Passionate rink rat that has spent a life creating relationships, building trust, learning and developing people (and the player). In 2019 I became the first head coach at the Division III level to have a player drafted by the NWHL (Courtney Wittig, 3rd Round 11th overall). My experiences coaching youth hockey to NCAA Division I, II and III players has honed my ability to develop a player to reach their potential on and off the ice.
